I needed to lose 15 pounds before my sisters wedding

fat. I have been searching for a long time now,
for some way to lose my fat weight, and I haven't

managed to lose 2 kgs (almost 5 pounds) within
2 weeks without exercising. So I think I should
be able to lose more if I exercise (follow the

This
diet has changed my life for ever. I have lost
a whole dress size after just one month, I can
safely say I had given up even imagining myself
looking this good so quickly. I never seem to
be able to find the time to exercise but your
methods were just a so easy and straight forward.
I
am going to be telling all my girl friends at
work to quit eating all that 'rabbit food' and

, I am going to be going in to hospital soon for
an operation on my hip and the doctors said I
was too overweight to have it.
He
said
"I
needed to start dieting otherwise no operation
" (new rules in the National Health Service
apparently) well I started your plan just 3 weeks
ago and have already lost a stone (14lbs) and
now I need to lose four more stone in the next
4 months.
Then they will let me have the operation which
will change my miserable life at the moment.
Before
I thought I was going to be confined to walking
with a stick and stuck in the chair for ever but
now I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
I have always found most diet's just starve you
and I could never stick to them even though I
knew I should but with your plan I not only enjoy
what I eat I am losing weight as well.
